Keynotes & Workshops

A Keynote Built From Real Consequences, Not Theory

Larry Turner recovered $1.1 billion in stolen federal funds. Then one two‑line email ended his career: no warning, no explanation. Federal agencies, universities, and corporate leadership teams don't book him for a motivational talk. They book him because his story changes how people lead under pressure.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before you submit a request.

What's the typical program length?

Keynotes usually run 45–60 minutes, including time for audience Q&A. Workshops can run a half day or full day depending on how deep your team wants to go into the leadership framework. Panels and fireside chats are typically shorter, 30–45 minutes.

Does Larry speak virtually?

Yes. Every format is available virtually as well as in person, with the same level of preparation and customization either way.

How is the speaking fee determined?

Fees vary by format, event length, location, and travel requirements. Submit the form below with your event details and you'll receive a specific fee quote, not a generic range.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as your date is set. Popular dates, especially in the fall and spring conference seasons, fill up quickly, but reach out even for shorter notice and we'll do what we can.

Can the talk be customized for our organization?

Yes, every engagement starts with a planning call to understand your audience, your goals, and any specific themes you want emphasized, whether that's government oversight, corporate ethics, military leadership, or first-generation career advice.

What are the travel and A/V requirements?

Standard travel accommodations and a basic A/V setup (wireless microphone, screen for slides) are all that's needed. Specifics are confirmed during event planning.

What happens after I submit the request form?

You'll hear back within two business days with availability and a fee quote based on your event details. There's no obligation to book at that stage, it's simply the next conversation.
